Elektra Bakery in Edessa, Greece. Designed by Edessa-based Studioprototype Architects as a prototype for the family-run chain of bakeries. With it’s open, minimalist design, it’s hard to believe it’s only 35 square meters (376 square feet).
Blé Bakery on Agias Sofias in Thessaloniki, Greece. Designed by the minimalist architects at Claudio Silvestrin Guiliana Salmaso, it boasts the world’s largest wood oven (12m tall).
